Cherry Blossoms inTokyo, in2023

 

It was warmer  in this year than in normal year inTokyo, so cherry trres grew earlyer than usual.

I took a lot of photos of cherry blossoms in Tokyo, you can see some of those.

 

 

In front of Shinjuku Station south gate. 

 

 

Along the Meguro river. At night lanterns are lit we will be in the nostalgic mood.     

 

 

At Aoyama Cemetery, where 15,000 tombstones are built. They are including precious and named people's.

 

At Yoyogi park. This park is next to Meiji Jingu Shrine. We can sit under the cherry trees and have lunch.

 

At the statue of faithful dog named "Hachi" in Shibuya.

 

 At Zuishoji Temple in MInato Ward. This is Zen temple. The warehouse building was designed by famouse architect Kuma Kengo.

 

  At Suijin Park near Omori JR station.  Many cherry trees are along the railroad.

 

At the entrance of Shinagawa aquarium in Shibagawa.

 

At Takashimaya department store in Ginza. This is "Ikebana" (Japanese flower arrangemant).
