St. Mary’s Basilica is opened to individual visitors and tourist groups every day when no Mass is being conducted. Half of the church is open to tourists, including the presbytery and its main altar. Admission to this part of the Basilica is based on admission tickets. The second part of the church with the main entrance is limited to personal prayer in front of the Eucharist exhibited in the monstrance and to confession. During the visit, please keep silence and follow the rules set by the owner.

It was erected by Cracovians in commemoration of the Polish national leader Tadeusz Kościuszko, and modeled after Kraków's prehistoric mounds of Krak and Wanda. A serpentine path leads to the top, approximately 326 metres (1,070 ft) above sea level, with a panoramic view of the Vistula River and the city.
I recommanded restaurants like: Miód Malina, Pod Aniołami, Kampania Kuflowa Pod Wawelem, Starka, Karakter, Hamsa and Wesele
